haute stuff.

i'll never grow out of kate spade's kitschy bags. i loved this haute stuff collection. these are some of my favorite pieces and they're all on sale.

bobbi brown.

two things i'm loving right now, and plan on wearing well into summer; shimmery bronzers and warm orange lips. i really like this bobbi brown bronzing palette and art stick. the bronzer goes on light and is the perfect warm shade, no need to contour. i'm excited about these art sticks and have one in electric coral on the way, the electric coral is a more matte, opaque orange.

in this look I'm wearing my favorite josie maran foundation, a little urban decay shadow in polyester bride on the inner corners of my eyes, the guava illuminating cheek palette  (i used the bronzer and the blush, not the highlighter), and the art stick liquid lip in hot tangerine

favorite yellow skirt

sweater, jcrew. skirt, old, similar here. shoes, sophia webster. necklace, melody ehsani.

i've had this skirt for years, i just love the color and cut. these sophia webster wedges are on sale, so snag them if you can because they're adorable and comfortable.

lately i've been wearing chantecaille's just skin tinted moisturizer, it's so breathable and feels lovely on my skin. find it here. i wore this outfit for jason's birthday party and wanted to keep my skin as natural as possible, i.e. no glitter eyeshadow or neon lips. do you have any new products you're loving? do tell!!

weekly favorites: stila.

Stila Magnificent Metals Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow in Kitten Karma and Smoldering Satin.

Stila Stay All Day® Bronzer For Face and Body in medium and Heaven's Hue Highlighter in kitten.

i'm into stila this week. these liquid eyeshadows are really wearable and so pretty on. i am not one usually for highlighters, but this one has me convinced; it's subtle, iridescent and blends perfectly with this warm bronzer. i attended a nautical themed birthday party last week and created my whole look from the above products.

vintage sweatshirt.

my friend brigid came down for a visit last week. we had only 48 hours but we really made it count. we kayaked at high tide, walked lulu in the cool (two) evenings and ate fresh fish with a side of champagne. i don't get to see brigid very often. we met over 10 years ago at the OM Yoga teacher training in san francisco, she's one of my favorite people.

as she was packing up to leave she pulled out this well-worn (and loved) sweatshirt," I think you guys should have this." turns out the image was taken from one of jason's favorite photo shoots. i wear it proud... and with these bang-ass madewell jeans, and my favorite vintage levi's.

sweatshirt, hollywood babylon vintage. denim, madewell. shorts, levi's. shoes, sophia webster.
